In short, 1 token ~= 4 chars in English. 1 token ~= ¾ words. Plan credits are the credits a user gets every month. Monthly plan credits are consumed first, followed by bonus credits (if applicable). Once a user has used all of their credits, they will not be able to generate responses until their credits are replenished.
